Our goal is to have every size available for you whether is on prompt order or pre-order. If you can't see your size between our options please email us at hello@beltsamore.com and we will do everything we can to make you happy!

Once your order has been shipped you will receive an email with a tracking number.

If your order has not been shipped yet we can cancel it. Please send an email to orders@beltsamore.com to place your request. If the order has been shipped we will NOT be able to cancel it. We cannot make changes to any orders once they have been placed. Please check that the item(s) in your cart are correct before ordering.

Please email orders@beltsamore.com right away. If your order hasn’t been shipped yet there is a chance that we can change it but it’s not a guarantee. If it has been shipped you will need to get in touch with the shipping provider to change your address and redirect your package.

Items must be returned within 14 working days of receiving your order. Belts must be unused and sent in their original package. Customer is responsible for the cost of shipping. Please note that we will not be responsible for customs costs, so the package needs to be sent as a return. If you send from a country outside of the EU, make sure to include a commercial invoice for customs. Make sure to get a tracking number when you send your return and make sure to use a signed-for service. We can’t refund your returned item if we don’t receive it at our warehouse.

We do not refund shipping costs when returning items. If you receive an incorrect or damaged item, we will, of course, refund the return shipping costs so you can receive the correct item. Please note that duties and taxes on orders shipped outside the EU can not be refunded.
